Usually this location is great.. however i came at 720 this morning and the front lights were off, door was locked.. then she came over to unlock it. the cash register hadn't been counted, the machines weren't put together, the ice hadn't been got. She clearly showed up late or just didn't care and did everything extremely slowly. will definitely only be coming during the day when the straight haired girl is working.
First the messed up the orders and gave a couple the wrong drinks, so 4 drinks had to be remade causing ours to take twice as long. Second while trying to figure out the mess up the employee pulled the order receipts from the trash, did not wash hands and went right back to making smoothies. This is completely disgusting and I know for us tropical smoothie will be getting our money in Columbus, IN.
My Experience today was really great! The employee by the name of Kyleigh was really nice and had a great attitude when I ordered what I want and she got my order done pretty quick 10/10 would come back again!
Usually, they get me good all the time with their smoothie quality, but today the flavor and portion size was awful, all ice and no flavor.
