I just waited 30 minutes for two smoothies. There was no nobody in the store but 2 customers. 2 people was only working the shift at this very moment

Will is always pleasant when I come in. I love how thick he makes my smoothies. Great customer service & greeted me by my name & remembers my order.
This has to be the worse smoothie king in the city. I ordered a berry bee sting bowl. First off they started with water, then a watered down syrup and added sugar. I have been to several smoothie kings and never had it been made this way. When I asked the lady why she added the sugar she said that’s what they do at this location. I should have walked out then.
