Visited this Smoothie King on January 12, 2026 around noon. The store was empty when I walked in and I stood there for about five minutes looking at the menu. During that time an employee was actively working around me in the store and appeared to be preparing another order but never acknowledged me. No eye contact no greeting and no “I’ll be with you in a moment.” This is basic customer service and common courtesy and unfortunately it was completely lacking. I ended up walking out. No one acknowledges you when you come in here. They don’t say hi or give us a second. They are kinda rude.
