I had a coupon BOGOF ( received via email ) Avaia ( worker) was very rude ; question the coupon even after showing it to her & allowing her to see my reward . She took my order , then told me the coupon wasn’t showing on my rewards app after showing her the email with my name . My experience with this Smoothie king had been Horiffic. I frequently visit all Smootie Kings that the regional manger Jose governs. My Smoothie have to be remade the majority of thr time. Many of them still have ice chips, and some are watery. My experience with the team lead today was unacceptable, he tried to short me with additional scopes of ice cream I paid for.
