Took like 30 minutes to get my order. Understaffed 1 person working. Second time this happened. Will not return
Always enjoy this location. Cashier is very nice and they make the orders very quickly.
They never disappoint they always have amazing employees and great smoothies.
While walking to my truck the bottom fell out of my cup and spilled everywhere. I went back inside and the “Captain” Paula said it was not her problem and refused to replace the drink. She was extremely rude and condescending. And had the nerve to say it was my fault for not drinking it right away. Seriously?!? That’s ok I will never order from this one again and I order from other Smoothie Kings frequently. I ordered a smoothie bowl and 32oz chocolate banana smoothie
