Not accommodating at all for dietary restrictions. I was willing to pay whatever. Sometimes it's nice when companies will work with people instead of just a cold, "No, can't do it." So I would say, either that's bad on the employee or bad on Smoothie King corporate. Either way, not happy with Smoothie King. You should accommodate your customers' dietary needs. Do not go here at all costs they don’t fill up your smoothie all the way and if you ask to get more they just put a ton of ice and they take like 20 min MINIMUM
First time going, my wife went in with my order and ordered for herself/our kid. I was shocked at all the option for coffee/smoothie as well as the crazy amount of customization available. All of our smoothies were delicious but my wife did complain that the cashier didn't seem to know their menu in the slightest and gave a bit of attitude with some of the questions being asked. Overall will definitely go back but maybe make it a point to order online.
