There is no reason to have to spend 15 to 20 minutes to get your smoothie when only one other person is waiting for one. However, this is a common occurence. The staff has had no training and in fact the two of them never said a word to each other. If you are the owner or manager please reach out to me as I really don't want to see another Bloomington restaurant fail. I can help.
the best smoothie I had since I've been in Bloomington
On March 12th I stopped at 8:35 a.m. and they were not open and their sign says they're not open until 9:00 a.m.
Got my smoothie…. 15 minutes after they said they made the smoothie because they had to remake it. And my friend whom I came with waited 25 minutes for a small 12 oz smoothie.
Longest line I’ve ever seen. No place to sit and wait. Annie and Cadence are working their asses off with this crazy long line and only being open for 30 more minutes. Great for business but maybe schedule another to help in a Friday night. No complaints. Appreciate the efficiency.
