The young lady you had working was completely overwhelmed w the traffic you had. Where is the staff? Where is the franchise owner busting ass?
I visit this Smoothie King regularly and have always appreciated the friendly staff and quality smoothies. However, I’ve noticed that the store often seems understaffed. Employees are frequently left alone in the store, trying to keep things running with little to no help. There are usually boxes, trash, and dirty dishes out, and the wait time can be 10–15 minutes for simple orders. It’s clear these kids are doing their best, but they need more support. I was very disappointed with this store. I waited almost 20 minutes for my smoothie. There was only one person working while a manager was not helping while he noticed we were waiting. I doubt I will be back, it’s not the first time.
I only stopped in for the first time on 06/03/2025 because there was an amazingly beautiful girl working. Lol She recommended strawberry banana and it was AMAZING
I love SK & all the options! I especially appreciate when as associate re-blends the smoothies to make sure there aren’t big ice chips in it. Those folks are awesome!
