This location charges more than the other locations I go to because they won't let you substitute other ingredients with things you didn't want on your smoothie. Everything is an add on.
this location is not consistent with other locations. I have gotten the smoothie bowls regularly for years and this place doesn’t put the correct amount of granola. when I requested more because there was barely any on it (and this was the second time this had happened) the manager was very argumentative. terrible customer service.
I would not recommend ordering through the website. If there’s an error with your order, don’t expect Smoothie King to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, you may be told it’s your fault and asked to pay for a replacement. That was my experience, and it was very disappointing.
We placed a delivery order through the Smoothie King app, but when the order was marked as delivered, we received Raising Cane’s chicken instead of our smoothies. We immediately contacted Smoothie King to report the issue and ask how it could be resolved. We were told the problem was not on their end. Since the delivery was handled through DoorDash, we then contacted them to request either a remake of the order or a refund.
