Incredibly rude employee at the drive thru window. This occured on april 19th, 2025 at 10:15am. I placed an online order and when I arrived I pulled up to the drive thru window. The girl at the window was extremely condescending and rude because I had not stopped at the speaker. Literally talked to me like I was a child that had misbehaved. I've been a consistent customer here for the last couple of weeks but l will never come here again. I love Smoothie King and I understand greatness takes time but they are EXTREMELY slow. This isn't a one time thing, I come here often. I tried ordering online but even that didn't do much to reduce wait time which is typically 15+ minutes.
Wonderful experience. Will definitely come back
