Need training. It’s a cold/chilled purchase so why have customers orders sitting for over 2 mins at the window before giving it to the customers..now the order has melted. And it’s nasty….

Slowest smoothie king in the world. Might as well sit down and eat somewhere.
Placed an order on the app at 12:30. Pick up time was 12:46. My son gets there and they “can’t find the order in their system”. I sent him the email confirmation and screenshot from the app. Order was complete around 1:00pm. We love Smoothie King but it’s literally always something every time we go there….
