I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing. The employee ignored me and another guest that waited outside. When we knocked to see what was going on, the employee responded by saying the store is closed because the manager left him by himself and wasn't going to serve anyone.
It’s 94 degrees. Staff should be excited to serve customers and should be EXPECTING customers. There’s no reason I have to come in and say hello to three team members lounging around. Was here yesterday. The worker was sweating heavily, had bloodshot eyes, and seemed extremely spaced out and inattentive, which I would ordinarily not have an issue with. However, he misapplied my coupon, overcharged me, and then argued with me and said it was actually my fault when I pointed out the mistake.
