I’ve been here twice since moving and not had the best experience either time. The first time our online order was accidentally given to a delivery driver before we could get there (we 100% did not order delivery, it was a mistake by the employee). This was resolved very quickly and they gave us our smoothies and upgraded the size which was very kind. I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing. The employee ignored me and another guest that waited outside. When we knocked to see what was going on, the employee responded by saying the store is closed because the manager left him by himself and wasn't going to serve anyone.
