Camden gave us a great experience today. He was alone running the store and still provided top quality customer care. I question why a manager would not have stepped up and helped the kid out but, Camden didn’t complain and made our order in a reasonable amount time considering the constraints on him. Great job!
I stopped in before my appointment next door at Mercy intending to buy a large smoothie. I asked the guy about something I can look at to c the nutrition information for their items. He wasn't able to provide it. I'm insulin dependent and need to know what the total amount of carbohydrate is in what I'm about to ingest so I know how much insulin to take. This was an absolute amazing experience. I’ve never received customer service quite this good. They make you feel like you really matter in only a few brief interactions. I had a girl named Kayla and she was very kind and helped me around the menu to find a really good smoothie. Great atmosphere, great service, amazing smoothies overall 10/10. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning!!!
