Amazing customer service and professionalism. My favorite location.
Customer service has become a lost art. The manager was stocking items when i walked in, didn’t speak or even acknowledge me. The cashier was on phone the entire time where she barely looked up while taking my order. The receipt machine either jammed or ran out of paper where she couldn’t issue me a receipt. She asked the other girl to help with the receipt (who was actually making my shake) and proceeded to continue playing on her phone. Every time I come to this smoothie king it’s a joy, the customer service is top tier, the employees acknowledge me and show kindness towards me. I definitely enjoy Faith! Overall the experience is always great.
