Love this place!
I thought the smoothie was just too thick… I was struggling to drink it. So I decided to let some time pass for it to loosen a little…but it didn’t help. I finally got tired of fighting to drink my smoothie, so I poured it out to discover why I couldn’t finish it…most of the almonds were whole and couldn’t fit in the straw!
The customer service needs to be improved ASAP! Hopefully the next time I visit I will be greeted, and assisted with respect and dignity. And if I have any questions or concerns they will not be dismissed because you are more interested in listening to music on your phone instead of being attentive to customers. An employee behaving like this is far from an asset. And if she would like to keep her job I pray she gets it together before she loses it. Peace & Blessings 🙏🏽
