I recently visited the Smoothie King on Panola Road, and I want to share my honest experience in hopes that it helps improve things. First, the positives: the store itself was very clean, and the music created a nice atmosphere. Also, the gentleman who prepared my order showed great customer service — he greeted me kindly and wished me a good day, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the register was disappointing. Panola Road has got to be the worse location. Their customer service is horrible, they are always running out of fruit (there is a grocery store right across the street), and although they close at one time, if you come in within 30-45 minutes from the their closing time,, they may not make specific items off the menu or even let you use the bathroom because they have already cleaned it.
