The most horrible customer service from NATASHA! Please train employees on resolving conflict resolution and not arguing with a customer. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Smoothie King. I paid extra for granola on my açaí bowl, but when I received it, there didn’t appear to be any extra. I politely asked NATASHA if she could add more or put it on the side since I had already paid for it.
