I came to order a smoothie and i asked for a substitute of regular water for coconut water and they accidentally charged me four times for it and when myself and my grandmother asked for them to explain we were met with anger and rudeness and the Lightskin guy with the curly hair sat there infront of my grandmother and blatantly ignored her this establishment is extremely unprofessional
Amazing customer service from Belize and usman they were quick and fast with my order!!
Drinks are not made correct. Takes over 15 mins. Drive through service is a joke. When you call back or go back, manager over the phone (Natasha) is no help. Telling a customer to come back at a certain time for her to make it again is not customer service. Just refund it or authorize your employees to take care of it there via phone.
Long wait times. Literally two people inside the store. Hire more people instead of having cheap corporate bosses and management restrictions. Maybe come by and work here for the day yourself Thanks!
