I have visited this location a few times and the past two times I have ordered a 20 oz both times the lady charges me for a 32 oz and gives me a 32 oz. No apology or explanation to why just offers coupon or refund. Curious to why not just make the order that is requested? If I wanted a 32 oz I would order a 32 oz. Makes me question if it’s being made correctly. Interesting experience. Will not be returning.

The smoothies have been consistent in taste and texture. I hope they start making healthier smoothies(less sugar).
If I can give it 0 stars I would. The sign says smoothie king close at 9pm. We went there at 8:31 and was ignored. My friend pulled on the door and the young man ignored him. We will never visit this store again. I will also email there corporate office.
