I ordered a cocoa haze bowl. After 10 minutes I still had not recieved my order. When the young girl working gave me my order it was not made properly and refused to remake it. No manager at store and no one knew how to reprint my receipt because I did not receive one when ordered. They wouldn't give me a refund neither because they had no training how. I left without both.

I went here after placing an order online. When I went to pick it up, they were sitting on the counter in the to go section. The consistency was very loose and not how a smoothie should be from smoothie king. There wasn't enough ice or they were out too long. I picked up my order at the estimated time. There were two little 2 boys working there. I asked him if he could remake them because the consistency was not what it should have been.
