I've been here a couple of times, maybe two or three. Every time its been pleasant so far. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The Burbank location is the one closer to where I live and the one I frequently used to go to. Im looking for another location and this just might be the one I start coming to. Ill rather drive a little further for better hospitality and less attitude. If it doesn't work out with this location im going to just stop giving my money to Smoothie King and find a another alternative.
I love this smoothie king and the people who work here. I am so excited for the new flat breads coming out, all I’ve heard is good things from the team members.
This was hands down the best experience I've had at a smoothie king! I'm apart of a college team as an assistant coach that regularly orders 20 smoothies at a time that gives advanced notice, pays ahead, etc. The manager communicated efficiently, ensured quality service, and was prompt in pickup time arrival. We have had negative experiences where our smoothies hadn't been started at the time of pickup at other locations but these were packaged up with ice to keep our smoothies cold, boxed up nicely, our athlete's jersey num... read more
