I stopped by this location at 7:02 PM to get an açaí bowl, but unfortunately, I was refused service. The staff claimed they had already washed the station at 7 PM, even though the store was supposed to remain open until 9 PM. To make matters worse, the girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude towards customers. Based on this experience, I really cannot recommend this smoothie shop to anyone.
They are always fast and friendly they make customer service a priority. Great environment
Come in during normal business hours to be told that they won't take the order because they close in 20 minutes. What place advertises to stay open till a certain time but then when people walk in during those times are refused?
My order is always made as expected, great tastes with a side of healthy ;)
Today's service was excellent, same as yesterday's. Thank you for the great regular staff members for always being so friendly.
