I have ordered the gladiator 3 times. I just got back this time and they forgot the protein powder.It tastes like the smoothie.It felt so empty like ice and fruit. But for 13 dollars. I already paid for it and left with it.It wasn't worth the hassle of coming back. I think the drive through is super hustle. 14 Aug 2025
UPDATE: yes obviously the new management is working. The staff has improved 100%. The customer service is out of this world. Now we appreciate you starting with Anna. You have changed my opinion about this place and now prevent me from having to drive all the way to Killeen to get my smoothie every day . I hate to do this but consistently for the past 6 months this location doesn’t ever have enough inventory or high demand items. I had an amazing visit to Smoothie King thanks to the excellent service from Merkhai and Zyaesjah. They were both welcoming, professional, and quick to recommend the perfect smoothie based on what I was looking for. Their friendly energy and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Zyaesjah is an outstanding employee at Smoothie King! Every time I visit, she greets customers with a friendly attitude and a big smile. She’s always professional, fast, and pays close attention to detail when preparing orders. You can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work and the experience of each customer. It’s refreshing to see someone so dedicated and positive—Zyaesjah truly makes the Copperas Cove location a better place. Keep up the great work!
I LOVE the environment here!! super quick and fast service, the store was clean and Zyaesjah helped me out a lot!! i didn’t even know she was the manager she looks so young ! She was so patient and the store was clean and amazing! it looks WAY cleaner than how it did a month ago when i came last and she has such a positive attitude:)
