It’s astonishing how slow the service is here. Be prepared to wait at minimum 30 minutes regardless if you’re ordered ahead or not. Currently sitting In the store with a line of 5 plus people and the worker hasn’t greeted/or taken 1 order STAY FAR AWAY
Everytime I try to use a gift card I get the run around on why they can't take it. Today it was because there was no manager there and the person on register was never trained on how to do gift cards. If you are selling gift cards, then I don't think it is too much to ask that when I go to redeem the gift card, I can. Not even worth the hassle anymore.
