I ordered delivery through the Smoothie King app, my order arrived dumped out in the bag. I contacted the store and the Employee on the phone assured me I’d be taken care of and given a Remark AND a full refund. She gave me my remake and told me to call back the next morning when the manger was available and that he would refund my order. I got a strawberry smoothie, and the only thing I could taste was peanut butter?? The blender had to have been cleaned so poorly (or not at all) that I couldn’t taste anything else. I have never had a smoothie this bad, and I have been to smoothie kings all over the country. Thank Goodness I don’t have a peanut allergy. I don’t think they would care anyway.
