I am not satisfied with the service nor the product I received today at Smoothie King. I used a gift card and this experience was terrible. A lady made my iceberg non blended non smoothie order. It took forever after she made contact with her family member to talk before making my order. I really want my money back but I had absolutely no time to wait as I had already waited 20 minutes with no other customers except her family members visiting. I’m trying to download the picture. This smoothie is disgusting.
Went there last week, the person at the register was super rude did not even greet us. They was checking their phone with the attitude written all over there face.I had to ask them if THEY was ready to take my order and all I got was a "Mmhhmm". And on top of that the AC was broken. Maybe the employees were miserable because it was so hot. They should have had a fan on or had the door open because it was unbearable in there. Awesome customer service
Upsetting experience because the QR code apparently was damaged for the SK Stanley style cup. It was my birthday and Father’s Day which made it even worse.
