I love Smoothie King & the one in Fairview Heights is the best one in this area. Tonight I go in just before closing & the 2 ladies in there got right down to business getting me right but the lady made my bowel without gloves on😡!! The lady at the cash register was so nice that by the time I noticed it was too late 😬 I mentioned it tho..to please always wear gloves when you see me!!
This Smoothie King has the NICEST staff. They write sweet little messages on your cups. Even though it's a small gesture, it made a HUGE difference for us and definitely made our day. As all Smoothie Kings do, they have a million options and good quality products. This location is different because they are patient, kind and seem glad to make a drink for you.
I just have to say I love this location because they’re always so sweet! I appreciate the little messages they leave on every cup. Thank you for adding a little sunshine to my day! ☀️ Also really appreciate that the smoothies are so allergen friendly - any diet preferences or needs are honored here and it’s awesome!
Never visited this location before but I stopped here to redeem a bday reward. I had the award already applied to my account, checked out at the window and noticed that I was still charged full price. I questioned the associate and another lady comes to the window telling me "there's nothing they can do and their system just didn't redeem it." Seriously!? She then tells me I needed to " apply" rewards as if I'm an idiot that doesn't know that. It's funny because the other location in Belleville NEVER had issues with applying... read more
