The service was friendly and efficient but neither bathroom worked and they did not have bathroom access to their customers A lady with her child was denied bathroom access which is not a good situation with a toddler.
Smoothies are inconsistent and slow. My same order tastes very different on different days. I rarely wait less than 15 minutes regardless of what time I come, how I place my order, or where I am in line.
Not sure if they got new staff but the two workers were not friendly whatsoever. Was just handed the smoothies and they closed the window. I then had to ask for a receipt to which the worker said, "didn't I give you one?" I said no, so then she came back and handed me a receipt and closed the window. It was the wrong receipt, and another lady came to the window and I said, this is the wrong receipt. She just said we can't find it sorry. Be prepared to wait 30 mins for these slow workers to make a damn smoothie, istg they be getting high on the job
I love Smoothie King & the one in Fairview Heights is the best one in this area. Tonight I go in just before closing & the 2 ladies in there got right down to business getting me right but the lady made my bowel without gloves on😡!! The lady at the cash register was so nice that by the time I noticed it was too late 😬 I mentioned it tho..to please always wear gloves when you see me!!
