I was there to get a smoothie not realizing they closed in 10 min. I ordered a LG smoothie and was told that neither of the family bathrooms could be used by customers. The pizza joint 2 doors down did allow this senior to use the rest room . Thanks bronx house.
Very long wait every time and are constantly forgetting to add in the extras we paid for. The staff acts like they hate their jobs. Do not recommend this location.
Drive thru has become almost impossible. I sat in line, 1 car ahead of me, 20 minutes to get my smoothie. Work out the very slow drive thru, I will give 5 stars
I've gone to this particular location probably 8 or 9 different times. I believe out of all of those times I have gotten the correct order once. I order the same thing and it's the Bee Berry Sting. Only once did they have the base that it was advertised with. More often than not you're going to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru, mind you there isn't a line that's holding you up, but after the 10 minutes or so they then tell you the base is either frozen or not solid enough.
