This was my first visit to Smoothie King, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I went through the drive-thru simply trying to get an idea of what was offered on the menu. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, the team member insisted that I ‘read the board’ and spoke to me in a rude and short manner. This smoothie King is disgusting. It’s so horrible and it needs to go away. It is no place for it to be in palm coast at all the caliber of the people that they are horrible. This is the second experience I’ve had at this movie. The first one was a pregnant girl who was so horribly speaking unprofessional while customers were ordering smoothies. From my encounters, I really appreciate that the service from each staff member is always excellent and so kind! My smoothies are always on point and delish! And this location is clean, bright and welcoming as well. 10/10 all round! 💯
I was having a terrible day and stopped for a smoothie little did I know the workers and staff would cheer me up so much. The smoothie honestly I’ve had better but the people working were amazing. Thank you for making my day.
