Ordered online pickup 3:50 . Arrived at drive thru window set there over 5 minutes had to blow horm to be acknowledged. Two employees saw me. Finally one came said he was manager. Requested a refund, said they were swamp and they dont note the time online. I left without my order. Will be going back to have done. I have been going to Smoothie King since they open, 2nd time bad service. Have deleted app from my phone. Will not be returning. Now I wonder was my orders correct for GLP1 smoothies.
Really good smoothies and food. Staff is very friendly too. I usually get the gladiator and/or the past with the Peanut butter,bananas, and blueberries its awawesome.
I sat at the order station for almost 5 minutes: I thought they were super busy. They weren’t. Just 2 kids hanging out. It took me over 18 minutes to get my smoothie at the window. 1:20p 6/9. Airport Commons. It’s was ridiculous. Thank you.
Play through drive-through responded fast got to the window and sat there for at least five minutes. Nobody coming into the window looking at me and I’m trying to ask them what’s going on finally after two minutes. A lady comes and says what are you here for? I tell her DoorDash, she said it’ll be out in a few.
