My wife purchased three smoothies today of which the store employee placed in a drink carrier. As soon as my wife left the store the carrier failed, spilling one of the drinks all over the ground. The store employees including the manager refused to replace it or to provide contact information for the owner. I asked when the owner would be in and they said the owner does not come in. this is such an amazing smoothie king location! everybody there is so nice and the customer service is absolutely perfect!! especially the young woman with red hair :) leave her a tip if u come here!!!
