Usually I love this location but lately they have been slacking on the smoothies, I order my regular smoothie and it didn't taste good at all, I told the worker and she proceeded to have a bad attitude & says "well, if I remake it and it don't taste good, then that's it" what type of customer service is that?? Horrible service and horrible smoothies!!! The ingredients is literally on the receipt, how hard is it to follow the recipe and make it right??
I don’t think I would come back again. I made a mistake in the app where I selected this store instead which I realized when I had already got to the store near me. However it had only been a 25 minute difference between the ready time and my arrival. I ordered an online order, and when I got there the smoothie was completely melted. I asked if it would be ok if I could replace it and the guy there said no because it had already been made and I have to take it or I can only get a 50 percent refund. I went in today for a Pineapple Spinach Smoothie, and I dropped it just as fast as they made it. A young lady on staff took very good care of me and it really made my day. Thanks again. -A Happy Customer
