Young lady made 4 smoothies in like 60 seconds
Visited today, in the morning, and the young lady at the register was super helpful with recommendations and both ladies were very quick at preparing my order.
Big sign in the window says 32 oz for the price of 20 oz at checkout or on the app on Friday. When I asked about it they said it was only on the app. When I had them read the sign the response was "Huh". It does doesn't it. Well we don't do that here.
This place went above and beyond for me. I'm an extremely busy person and a very loyal Smoothie King customer. That being said, I use delivery on their app from time to time. The driver missed half of my order. Once the store realized what happened, they made sure that the rest of my order was delivered and in the end, only cost me a few extra minutes. Thank you very much and I will certainly be frequenting this location often.
Staff members are pleasant. When ordering online, your order is usually done upon arrival. It’s very rare for the order to not be ready. Tastes of the smoothies are consistent. I wish they offered more frequent visitors incentives.
