I was a regular at this place, but sometimes, when picking up my order, I noticed an unwelcome attitude from some of the staff members. This lead me to stop going there as often. Come to this location all the time, I actually came in for my daughter and she placed the order online. One order was shortly ready but the other one I had to wait and I was worried that the one would be melted by the time the other one was ready so I asked how long and the girl got an attitude because I asked about the order. She said something smart with attitude, I thought the one she sat on the counter was mine and it wasn't, I said sorry to the person it belong to. Went here at around 8:50 pm thinking that I was not going to be able to order anything since this smoothie king location closed at 9 pm, but to my suprise a kid with long blonde hair (I believe his name was Lavin but not totally sure) was happy to take me and my friend’s order. We also happily chatted with each other for a bit and Lavin gave me some recommendations of new things on the menu to try which definitely made the atmosphere feel welcoming and not rushed like most customer service experiences. Lavin, Layla, and Tristan all helped me with my order. It was my first time at smoothie king and I was very nervous. They guided me through the ordering process and gave me the best food possible. I am highly satisfied with their assistance and skill in making my beverage. I will be coming here again.
