This place went above and beyond for me. I'm an extremely busy person and a very loyal Smoothie King customer. That being said, I use delivery on their app from time to time. The driver missed half of my order. Once the store realized what happened, they made sure that the rest of my order was delivered and in the end, only cost me a few extra minutes. Thank you very much and I will certainly be frequenting this location often.
Staff members are pleasant. When ordering online, your order is usually done upon arrival. It’s very rare for the order to not be ready. Tastes of the smoothies are consistent. I wish they offered more frequent visitors incentives.
Amber, Nelly, and Michelle were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely helpful and welcoming. Thank you all for making the experience so enjoyable can’t recommend them enough!
Today was my first time at Smoothie King and I came to get the free watermelon hydration. It was delicious! The employees were very kind and welcoming. Amber, Michelle, Nelly, and DeAna were very helpful with helping me redeem the free 12oz with the app. Shout out to them!!
