Absolutely awful service. Came in May 2nd at 2pm. Waited on my smoothie for 35 minutes, 6 people who came in after me got there’s first. When I asked about it they said “there’s no order we have them in we just grab tickets”, then proceeded to laugh. What even kind of service is that. I come here often, this will be the last time.
I ordered on the app and went in immediately so i waited and no one asked me anything and no one even acknowledged me. It was just very silent and the people in there working didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I’m normally not critical and don’t leave reviews, but the girl knew I was in there waiting on mine, and she kept making other peoples smoothies before mine who weren’t even in there to get theirs yet. Every time we go to the smoothie king in Ooltewah the drinks are delicious and the service is prompt and friendly!
This smoothie King knows how it’s done right, they still have the pumpkin delight!!!!!!
