30 minutes in the drive thru, only 3 cars served. Not normally an issue. Certain shift every time this is a problem.
The lady working was so kind. She told me they were understaffed and it seemed like she was the only one working. With a line wrapped around the building she still got everyone’s order and smoothies out in a timely manner. She never had a bad attitude despite her situation.
