Slow service. Place an order 15 mins in advance for one smoothie and still had to wait another 10 minutes at the drive thru window.
Never been to a smoothie king before, but the two ladies working this sunday morning helped me decide on a delicious smoothie. Quick service!
Been coming to this location since I moved to Athens about 6 months ago. This particular location has always been slow, but it has gotten progressively worse since my first visit. I'm talking 20+ minutes from the time I pull up to the menu to order to actually having my order in hand. I can't understand it. Most people are reasonable, including myself, and will understand if the store is short-staffed or if you're dealing with equipment that may be down.
