The service is was great. But once again the wait time was extensive. Scheduling only one person for hours on end alone. Then when other staff gets there they don’t even stay up front to help with customers. Juanita always had the store properly staffed for the time of day and the work that has to be done. Now it’s like management doesn’t care about anything but keeping their labor low. So customers drive off without their order because they’re tired of waiting. I have gone to this location at least three times. I have had great experience with Leslie and Juanita. They both have patience and great communication. I would ask for recommendations on what they preferred and they have not disappointed. I will definitely be back again.
The service is was great. But the wait time was a little extensive because new management is apparently more worried about the labor than the staff and their customers! Juanita always gives the best service and is vary knowledgeable of the products. Juanita could manage the store better with her eyes closed! PLEASE MAKE JUANITA MANAGER AGAIN!
