The atmosphere in the restaurant is terrible. There is one employee who works most of the morning shift by herself. She should get a raise! She is in the store more than any other employee including management. 90% of the time if she is not opening, the store opens late. I’ve witnessed it open up to an hour late. And has the best customer service skills in any of the Smoothie Kings in Denton. Yet from what I understand she has been demoted because she is “ too nice “
I have notice most times if Juanita is not opening the store it opens late. And service is nowhere near as good in the morning if Juanita isn’t there. PLEASE MAKE JUANITA MANAGER AGAIN! BRI AND JOSH ARE RUINING THIS STORE!
The server was very nice when we asked questions. She also explained what there was when we asked for a certain type of smoothie.
Wish they were more consistent with the texture sometimes it’s watery and others a perfect smoothie consistency. Smoothie should never feel like drinking a soft drink right after being made.
