Amazing service and food!
The location is clean, spacious & well maintained. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Service with a smile goes a long way. Their drive thru looked busy with cars waiting in line so I chose to walk into the store. In-store service was fast and efficient. The sandwich and smoothie were well made and tasted great. No reason for anything but 5 stars!
I’m extremely dissatisfied with this subpar treatment by Smoothie King and its staff, they belittled my friend and I whilst trying to order. We had to repeat our order numerous times as they were laughing and hardly paying attention. Supposedly their printer machine was broken so we sat there for 10 minutes unknowing of the situation because of the lack of communication by these workers.
Went here to order a smoothie and the girl at the front messed up my order multiple times and told me the printer was broken so it’s going to take a while. I said it’s okay, she then comes back out 5 minutes later after i’ve already been waiting 15 minutes and asks me if i really want my smoothie that bad. I left. Extremely disappointed.
They have a DRIVE THRU! Which is the best thing about it, aside from their staff. As someone who orders from them almost daily, I can hands down say this is one of the more well run smoothie kings. They're fast, efficient and always so friendly.
