I just bought a smoothie at Smoothie King here. There is an ad bigger than me at the door saying every Friday upgrade for free from 20oz to 32oz smoothie. I asked the server for the upgrade. When I paid I see the price was for the 32oz instead of 20oz. I told him about and he responded me the system changed it for me and didn’t give him the option. Best product and service
Literally just left this location,poor customer service not to only me but other patrons that were also there waiting,after placing my order and waiting on what seem to be forever the employee finally tells me that it wasn’t anymore Greek yogurt and that she had sent another employee to pick some up.All of this could’ve been avoided if she had told me this as I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she was a bit aggravated from another customer so I didn’t want to make it more complicated!
Why is there only 1 person working at this location? & on top of that Kayla was BEYONDD SLOW! No urgency whatsoever. She had all the customers just waiting on her while she moves slower than molasses. This is ridiculous! I got here at 1:35 and it took 10 minutes for her to place my order. Not even to make it. One lady was waiting over 45 min for her online order. It’s now 1:50 and no smoothie.
