It say the store was open at 7 am it’s now 7:42 am I ordered something and I never got my order and it was completed but I never received my ordered

Very disappointed with the service at this location. On several occasions, we have arrived before the posted closing time, only to find the doors already locked and the staff unwilling to serve us. They have even closed the door in our faces while employees were still inside and the store was supposed to be open. We understand that everyone wants to finish their shift on time, but if the posted business hours say you’re open, customers should be served until closing time.
