The service here is so poor. There is no reason anyone should wait 20+ mins for one smoothie. I’d also like to add I was the only one in the drive thru and when I got up to the window, no customers inside either. This is an everyone experience when I come to the Trussville location. Do better
This location is soooooo slow! I come maybe once every two weeks and every time I’m waiting at least 15-20 minutes for a smoothie!!! The last time I can before today it was 30 minutes because they kept making the drink wrong. The wait time here is unacceptable!!
would come here more often if the economy didn’t look like this. but i hope whoever made my smoothie bowl today has the best best day ever! the base is always going to eat. actually luscious. proportions were so good mwah
I came through the drive thru and the patience was above reproach. I love how they don’t rush like other drive thru places. The person at the window was absolutely professional.
