Ordered at the counter and through the app plenty of times, I’ve never had an issue with my order and it’s always exactly what I need. They have a “secret” menu you can find at the counter with some fun finds. Of course, the smoothies can be expensive, but order through the app for various rewards to help offset the price.
There is a staff member @ this location who clearly thinks that she can dictate 'rules' of purchase to customers & because of this, I will never again go to this location or the other one they own. I accidentally ordered at the wrong store and I called them maybe 5 mins after I ordered telling them to cancel the order because I needed to place it at a store 30 mins away. They told me that their manager said they would not refund my money that they would not transfer my order to the other store and they made me drive there 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the order and made me late to work. I stop on the Bolingbrook location just about everyday for lunch. Ishu is usually there and welcomes me! The service is great and smoothie is delicious.
