I always order extra protein and when you do this it froths up quite a bit. Other smoothie kings when asked will pour it into a cup for you as technically you paid for the portions that went into that blender. I asked the very nice associate that worked there and was told they used too but owner told them they aren’t allowed to do that anymore. Instead they just send it down the drain. Only reason I can see is the cost of a small cup but that doesn’t make up for the $2-3 worth of smoothie I didn’t get.

I went in and they crammed stuff in a blender and gave me a cup full of the blended stuff

I go to this location a lot. I ordered what I normally order. And was charged 99 cents for switching the protein powder to vegan. I asked one of the girls why but she was new and talked to a manager. He also is at the location in Naperville. He apologized and gave me my money back. But the person who took my order came over and tried to school me on the proper way to order that substitute. I said I always ask for vegan instead of what you normally use and have never been charged. He still kept on telling me how to order. Don... read more
