Be careful when going to this smoothie king. When I went to pay the person at the register she included a tip before I had the option of adding the tip myself. They literally entered the tip amount and then bypassed so that when I tapped my card it immediately complete the transaction. She told me it was 9.85 before I even took out my card to swipe. The smoothie is delicious! Christine was the nice lady who helped me and has the best customer service! Id definitely recommend this place
Tuesday afternoon shift is horrible, no customer service skills at all.
We come here because of two awesome people who recommend great drinks and make us feel welcome, especially my young son. Lizzy is special; she remembers our favorite drinks and asks about our day. She’s a great example of customer service. Mike is amazing too he’s personable and makes sure we try new things. Lizzy and Mike, I hope you see this because you make our visit special.
