Tuesday afternoon shift is horrible, no customer service skills at all.
We come here because of two awesome people who recommend great drinks and make us feel welcome, especially my young son. Lizzy is special; she remembers our favorite drinks and asks about our day. She’s a great example of customer service. Mike is amazing too he’s personable and makes sure we try new things. Lizzy and Mike, I hope you see this because you make our visit special.

Ordered a chocolate hulk but it sure didn't taste like one. I could tell just by looking at it. I threw it in the trash after leaving the store. This has happened multiple times. I keep giving them chances because this is the only location around when im working but today was the last straw. So far, the best location is in clark. They make their shakes & smoothies to perfection.
