Took over 40mins to get my smoothies. Not worth it they need to get some efficiency implemented or it’s a total waste of a good location.
No good of a location, ridiculous, and unnecessary wait times in drive thru for what I experienced. Reviews almost seem botted to me. 1st incident, they charged me twice for a smoothie and then told me I had to come back later for a refund because no manager. Did. Still no manager, employee just clocking in had to call them and ask how. 2nd incident I did online. Did it in the parking lot and waited 5 minutes after promise time. Ok So the fish restaurant may or may not be open- BUT, my cup had a fishy smell. The guy working the drive thru had an attitude. I'll be going to the one in Dyer, Thank you
This smoothie King started off good, and quickly went downhill. This store pretty much opens up whenever they want, despite the listed hours. They open at 7 AM, I arrive there at 7:30 AM, and am asked to wait 15 more minutes in drive-thru. It was actually about a 20 minute wait. On a different occasion, I arrived at 7:45 AM, and they said they were closed for the day. It seems the store is ran by a bunch of teens, and I’ve never seen a manager on site. When Smoothie King first opened, I was so excited to have a local one within the community. It gave me a healthy alternative to a lot of the junk that’s around but I’ve quickly discovered the customer service that is usually complimentary with a purchase was significantly lacking here. My past few visits have been piss poor. Today’s horror tale features me going to get a smoothie and not being serviced because the worker is ready to go home and no longer serving people.
