Pick up the trash on your lot. Is it the dump or a over priced sub par smoothie joint.
The service is usually good but slow, they have been open for a bit now but why is this the only location that doesn’t give u the option of going in. Sit in the drive through for a while to get your order.
I placed an online order which stated it would take 15-20 mins for pickup. Once getting there, my order hadn’t been started, on the app it said my order was completed which it wasn’t. The gentlemen was making all the drive through orders first and I waited an extra 20 mins after the initial 20 mins I was given. The gentleman also did not wear any gloves while making the smoothies. He didn’t say sorry for the wait just gave me my drink and said have a nice day. This was a terrible experience!
I had the worst smoothie here today! I ordered the mocha almond smoothie, and there were chunks of ice and chunks of almond in it. I don’t know what they forgot to add or do to it, but it did not taste or feel right, I get this exact smoothie regularly. Waste of my money and I wasted a $3 off promotion too. I don’t believe I got the right amount of protein or muscle builder which is really disappointing. You can see the almond chunks on top of the smoothie.
