not the girls fault.. great customer service.. great smoothie.. 16 min wait while 1 person was in front.. not ideal.. need at least a 2nd employee
Ordered a smoothie at ~ 8:22 PM, for pick up at 8:45 PM. Arrived at 8:50 PM and the entire store was closed. Went out of my way a bit to stop here and it was a giant waste of time and of course money for something I didn’t get. Then, the employee who decided to close early sees me parked in front of the store, pulls up, and yells out her car window ‘what am I doing?’ as if I’m scoping the place out to rob it or something. I waited over 20 minutes to get my order, a pumpkin smoothie and a piece of avocado toast. They forgot the avocado toast, and the Smoothie tasted like trash. I'd rather go hungry than ever step foot in this place again
Today at 11am ( very close to lunch time ) I had to wait about 20 min for my smoothie. Not sure what happened here but I’ll now go out of my way to other smoothie places because I can’t wait that long. Not the young man’s fault that the place was busy and he couldn’t handle it, MGT needs to get him help if they don’t want to lose regulars. Why do I have to wait longer because the drive in kept taking his time when I was here 15 min ahead of them??
