Must be the most unfriendly, hating their job employees I’ve ever seen. Didn’t say a single word to me. I said thanks and good bye, not any acknowledgment. Kind of funny I guess.
I’ve been going to Smoothie King for a long time and usually love it, but lately this location has really been disappointing. I always order the same smoothie bowl with no blueberries and substitute hazelnut sauce because I’m allergic. The last time I went, I told the girl working that it wasn’t supposed to have blueberries, and instead of making me a new one, she just took them out. not the girls fault.. great customer service.. great smoothie.. 16 min wait while 1 person was in front.. not ideal.. need at least a 2nd employee
Ordered a smoothie at ~ 8:22 PM, for pick up at 8:45 PM. Arrived at 8:50 PM and the entire store was closed. Went out of my way a bit to stop here and it was a giant waste of time and of course money for something I didn’t get. Then, the employee who decided to close early sees me parked in front of the store, pulls up, and yells out her car window ‘what am I doing?’ as if I’m scoping the place out to rob it or something. I waited over 20 minutes to get my order, a pumpkin smoothie and a piece of avocado toast. They forgot the avocado toast, and the Smoothie tasted like trash. I'd rather go hungry than ever step foot in this place again
