I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this time I just can’t hold this one in . I ordered the Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha smoothie — and I was so ready to enjoy it. Maniya did not speak to me or greet me when I walked in. I walked in and there was no one else there. She saw me and kept making a smoothie as I walked over to the register. I waited for her to say something and she did not. She walked right by me to go in the back to get Fatou. She came back out and said “ someone will be with you” and that was it. Hannah was great
Had a mobile pickup order and got my smoothies I always get and they had no flavor whatsoever so I went back in to request remakes. Got a nasty attitude from the manager stating “I can’t keep remaking smoothies, my co worker wasn’t suppose to remake them in the first place”. Rude and inconsiderate given that I paid 16$ for two smoothies, I expect them to be made correctly.
