⭐️ 1 Star – Pitiful First Visit This was my first time visiting the Smoothie King at 8439 Davis Lake Parkway in Charlotte, and hands down the most disappointing Smoothie King experience I’ve ever had. At first glance, the store looked normal—but receiving my order told a different story. I ordered my usual PB Swizzle Bowl, and it was pitiful. Briana was amazing and very kind. She greeted me when I walked in and she had a suggestion for a smoothie when I asked. I will be returning. Thank You Briana for great service.
They got my order right and everything but I stayed to order another drink and a dad and daughter duo came in for their first time and were asking questions. The father was never disrespectful and responded with respect after he was disrespected in front of his young daughter. I don’t know if they didn’t hear him when he was asking questions after he ordered but they straight up ignored him, but since I somewhat know the menu I answered his questions.
There was an IT issue, but the staff did everything in their power to ensure that I got to enjoy my smoothie. Great store. Great staff
