The staff here never misses. They always get the job done.
If you’re going to have a business, don’t treat customers like they’re intruding on your time when they come in and order. Every single time I’ve gotten something here the person checking me out legit seems mad at me and it seems like the staff don’t want repeat customers. Maybe management is just terrible and they hate it but if that’s the case then just shut the store down.
The customer service was excellent, with Lexi offering recommendations and patience with my special order. Thanks for a great SK experience!
I come here most mornings and its bad enough they have a 83 score so im hesitant but then their attitudes and customer service isn't that great. I probably won't be back. Seems like that would make them feel better.
