I got greeted right as I walked in the door.
A staff person was pretty rude and short with me when I requested smoothie ingredients another staff person made a few weeks ago without hesitation at the exact same location. It was only my second time there so I thought the request was okay. Inconsistent, confusing and this staff person had minimal ability to offer other options and seemed to have no interest in accommodating as if I was simply an inconvenience. There are way too many smoothie places in the area; I walked out and will not be returning.
No parking unless you walk around the entire building, they have a rear door but it's employees only.
The place is clean, but the customer service sucks. I spent ten minutes waiting for somebody to take my order, and there was a staff member there who already knew me, yet they didn't even ask if I needed anything while I was standing there. Everything is good except for the service, which is really bad. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking for poor customer service and just want to wait around without anyone taking your order.
