I guess the guy I dealt with this afternoon is apparently the owner, or at least person in charge, so this review probably won't matter. My smoothie was made incorrectly on Saturday. He had made that smoothie. I sent two messages, one Saturday to the website, and one Sunday in response to their 'how did we do' email, but hadn't gotten a response, which ok, it was the weekend, no big deal yet. Will not be attending this Smoothie King location again. We ordered two smoothie bowls to go and were immediately disappointed when we got home and realized that the fruit on top was horrible and shriveled, and worse, completely inedible and sour. Buckle in because it gets worse. We attempted to go back to get a refund, but after some time of waiting and apparently a call to a manager, we only got a “half refund” which was not even half of the original price we paid.
My smoothie was not blended at all I ordered a mango kale and it has never looked like this
So glad we found this smoothie shop. We are new to the area and were very impressed with the menu selections - so many 5o choose from with really fresh and healthy choices! We were even able to omit or add to the ingredients as they were made. Umar was quick making them, and so kind. We'll definitely be back for more!!
