I have had multiple issues with this one location. Two weeks ago I requested a refund which I was told I would receive, but I have not yet. I've called multiple times and emailed twice as many. So here is my review hoping someone will finally give me back my money and I can move on with my life. Just to recap what the issue was. Absolute terrible experience every time I go here. A few days ago I was in line for 45 minutes because they only had one employee working and now I go there and they’re out of bananas and blueberries. I can’t tell you how many times they’re either out of something or only have one employee. Won’t be going here again!
The worst acai bowls ever, the bananas in my bowl were not fresh, felt like plastic, she put almost a pound of peanut butter on top, everything else in the bowl tasted fake and disgusting.
This place is a scam, they open when they want to. I guess that's fine, even though your hours are post as 7am. The issue is if you order on the app, it will take the order even if they are closed. When you try to get your money back they have every excuse in the book why they can't refund your online order. Then, they say if you give them your CC #, exp and CCV over the phone, they will refund it. Yeah, you cant get to work on time and manage a juice bar. I'm not giving you my CC # over the phone.
