2nd time in 3 days ive ordered the same thing and the didn't add strawberries. I ask for no blueberries and sub strawberries and end up getting no berries at all on my yogurt bowl. Disappointing:(
My go to spot for bread and banna smoothie
Wasn’t greeted when I came in. Took a minute for someone to approach me and take my order it was at least five people staff wise. I was the only customer present. My smoothie did not taste how it normally taste and my chicken pesto bread was barley toasted. I usually get great service from this location. I come often. It’s down the street from my job. I love Smoothie King. Not sure I’ll come back to this location though.

I walked in to the Prosper location and stood for several minutes while the 2 workers walked back and forth never looking my way to acknowledge I was present. Once AGAIN I said "hello"; NOW loud enough for them to hear over the Ear buds that were worn. The boy said we'll be right with you. The girl walks to the register and whispers"you ready to order now"? As if I was bothering her. This is literally minutes from my house and one of my favorite places. It's sad how unprofessional this experience was.
