This has to be the most depressed staff in Cape Girardeau. I come here often for a smoothie in the morning, and nearly every morning I am greeted with the most low energy, depressed response. I thought maybe it was one individual, but it actually seems like all the staff here are genuinely miserable.
Took my wife here the other day. The girl taking our order through the drive through kept snapping at us that she could not hear me even though we were yelling and leaning out the window! That's your problem, young lady! It's a young girl with a long brown pony tail. We order a 32oz smoothie and we werent even ordering she goes "ok pull around". Friendly workers and great smoothies!
So, I let my kids pick dessert while In Cape. We came across Smoothie and thought of giving it a try. We're greeted with a friendly staff. Chelsea and Gracie helped us with the menu choices; the smoothies were incredible. Lauren even helped my youngest with a brain freeze. Lol. I aimed to learn these extraordinary young ladies' names and write a positive review. Thanks for the great experience.
Lauren is the best!!!!! She helped me pick a perfect smoothie and adjusted to my allergies! I’m a daily customer because of her service!
