I've had a chocolate gladiator with double blueberries 3 times in past week & half due mostly to the high protein. The first two times were great. Today, not so good. It tasted different at first but I just figured they must have gotten the mix off a little. The morevi drank the worst tasting it got. I got down to about 25 percent of it left and the taste thru the straw was like jello. I took lidboff and looked and moved it around with my straw and it was kinda horrifying. This was a great customer service experience. I went through the drive thru to order. The drive thru experience can usually become difficult due to long waiting or missed information,but the young lady was so professional with how she handled our order even with the misunderstanding. My wife and I was very thankful for her making adjustments for our orders. Thank you all!
