I just. Left smoothie king .. I was. So impressed by the two young women That were making. And serving smoothie king products.. Worst smoothie king I’ve ever been to. Childish customer service that rather laugh and talk for 15 minutes than do their job. Then turned around still laughing as I tried to order. Then told me I couldn’t add what I wanted. Never been to a smoothie king where I couldn’t add whatever I wanted as long as I paid.
I’ve had good smoothies from other locations before. Recently I ordered one from this location and it tasted very freezer burned. I’m not sure how often they check the quality of their frozen produce, but it should be done more often.
Love smoothie king as a brand, just moved back to the cape last summer from Sarasota to help support my parents. I used to stop in the drive thru at Cape Coral to order, but their employees aren’t the friendliest. This store was okay in terms of product quality, but now inconsistent. The Peanut Power Plus is the only reason to come here — and thankfully, it’s consistently good. However, the service has been consistently poor for about a year. As a business owner, I understand how important Google reviews are, which is why I’ve given this location several chances to get it right before posting.
