Drive through we have sat for 15 mins pulled forward waiting. The car in front of us was too. Went in and they hadn’t started ours…. And seemed shocked we were waiting so long. I love smoothie king!!!! We are frequently at our Michigan smoothie king! However, this one takes the cake for slow and poor service and an unfriendly staff. Sad- as it is hard enough for companies to survive.
Smoothies are AWESOME!
This location desperately needs better staffing or more . It’s consistently an inconvenience to stop here. Even when there’s only one car ahead of me—and no cars ahead of them-the wait is incredibly long just to place an order. Then, after finally ordering, you’re often asked to pull forward and wait for a smoothie as if a full meal is being prepared. The consistency of the smoothies was off. They were not fully "frozen". It was as though they had been melting prior to receiving them. I also felt that the taste and color was different, no pineapple flavor (I had a pineapple surf) and very red. Once I got home I could a swirl of something white in the smoothie, like they weren't fully mixed.
Love coming here to grab a smoothie on the way to work.
