Only person in the drive through, waiting ten minutes before someone even took my card and a few more to get my smoothie. And of course they used too much ice and my smoothie is thick and flavorless.
The drive through is awesome. The watermelon smoothie was not it though. It taste nothing like watermelon.

I went through the drive thru on a Friday. At the END of the drive thru is a sign that says every Friday you get a free upsize from a 20 oz to 32 oz. I ordered a 20 oz smoothie and after waiting almost 20 mins in the drive thru the man working gave me a 20 oz. I mentioned the promo and he said “oh I already made it” and closed the window. It’s his job to let customers know if they’d like to participate in free upsize Fridays. The ad at the end of the drive thru, after customers have received their drinks, is deceptive.
