Only giving 1 star because no star isn't an option. Last time I came they were too busy to make smoothies even though I was the only customer in there. This time with their big banner screaming come in and see our grand reopening and advertising high protein bowls on the front door. But they can't make bowls today. Then take signs down if you cant even make what you're advertising on the front door
Grand Re-Opening???? Really? Come in and see our new look??? You moved a fridge and some shelves. Apparently hired people with ZERO knowledge as well. I’ve been going to Smoothie King for YEARS! Not any more. All the “healthy” drinks are loaded with sugar. I went in and asked for a printed menu that had ALL the nutritional facts on it, not the board on the wall that’s a marketing scheme. 20 minutes for a walk-in smoothie because they understaff and therefore can't keep up with online orders. Not faulting the employee, but franchise owner needs to consider the loss of business from walk-in customers whose orders can't be worked in in between online orders.
