Waited for my smoothie and toast. Can't get a refund after 30 min wait. No bathroom, 2 employees. I won't be back unless it's against my will.
This location needs to keep their actual phone near them. I had an issue where I pre-ordered my shake for 4:00 pm. Literally caught a flat tire and tried to contact this location to not make my shake or just wait til I got there so it wouldn’t be unfroze. I literally called 15 times with no answer. This place is always clean and the staff make my smoothie the way I want it love the atmosphere and the way they always greet me when I walk in, so good definitely I’ll stop to this store all the time on my way to work
