Horrible customer service. She did have any answers to my questions and had an I dint care attitude. I ordered for my grandkids but had a few questions for mine as I do not frequent Smoothie King. I ended up not ordering for my self. Do y do to this one!!
Advertisements are placed all over the national website for a free smoothie on national coffee Day by showing Starbucks stars. Employee knew nothing about any of this information. She said that the manager was out of town and there was no one else she could call to verify. Extremely poor service, Employee couldn’t have cared less. I won’t be back.
this location is dirty, doesn’t have things, and people are rude and under staffed
First time having Smoothie King. Kind of disappointed. My smoothie had a curly brown hair in it and a little piece of green plastic. I only found it after I drank the smoothie and felt two weird objects in my mouth. Not sure what else was in my smoothie now. Just gonna make my own smoothies at home going forward . The girl in the store was nice though at least.
