I called in and spoke with Katrina to place an order for 16 smoothies. The first smoothie king I called was short staffed and could not handle this order. Not only did Katrina at the Kirkwood location take my order with joy over the phone, but I noticed, as I arrived to pick up the smoothies, that she was the only one in the store handling everything on her own…And doing so with an attitude that makes customers take notice!
