What are the actual hours here? Today is the third time I have shown up (or placed an online order…) and the building has been closed despite hours listed opening at 7am during the week.
Ordered online and arrived at the store to find it closed. Left and came back an hour later and it's still closed. How do I get my order?
Abby at this location is AMAZING! The restaurant was PACKED and she was covering it all alone. She made sure everyone was taken care of and my order came out perfectly. 10/10 recommend this SK location specifically for Abby alone. 🥰🥰🥰
Placed my order in the app and when I went to go get it they weren’t even open what a waste of $15.
40 minutes for a drink & toast is insane. Maybe have more than 2 workers on a Friday (when you offer free upgrade) during lunch time. I was made late returning to work & was given attitude when I told them to forget the smoothie I would just take care of it later. After already having being told 10min prior to that when my toast came up they were working on my smoothie.
