Rebecca is amazing, pineapple surfs are so yummy
Went to grab a smoothie bowl afte my workout with my daughters. The girl at the counter had a bad attitude and messed up my order and didn't offer to make it right. That was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was starving and lost my appetite immediately after hearing she thought I was mispronouncing my order so she gave me a smoothie that spunds nothing like the bowl i ordered. She SHOULD have clarified then. Not ruin my night and not make it right. If a customer is irritated you need to handle them better.... read more
