Thanks Jay at the East Blvd, Charlotte location . He made me a delicious green smoothie, he did it exactly like I liked it and he was very nice, and has excellent customer service.
Tried this Smoothie King location for the first time and ordered a Lemon Strawberry Twist. No disrespect, but this smoothie was so icy that I could literally chew the ice. It was so stiff and thick that it was difficult to even drink. That is not what I expected when I ordered a smoothie. I tip when I notice good service, but honestly, I was pleased that I did not tip this time because the service just wasn't there.
